There had always been a problem with this bathroom: there was no mirror above the basin. This was probably because of the sloping wall. However with a bit of ingenuity we came up with a solution to this and the result is a really cosy and useful space.
Before:
As you can see, the sloping wall poses a few problems...
...and it's all a bit dull...
After:
We built a wedge-shaped box onto the sloping wall and attached a mirror...
...a shelf now runs the entire width of the room, with LED strip lighting under and two separately-controlled lamps either side of the mirror.
And now it's a very cosy and usable space.
